More detailed instructions will be given at washing pick up. -Each washer gets roughly 10-12 uniforms. -There will be designated pick-up/ check-out and drop-off/check-in times. -The uniforms must be checked out and checked in with a Uniform Coordinator. -If you can't make the designated times, please let me know, and we can make alternative arrangements. -Plan to have the uniforms for around 5 days. -Please DO NOT just take them to the band hall without prior arrangements. -Smoke-free homes only. -If you have pets, please keep the uniforms in a space away from them. *We have students with allergies. -You will wash Jackets, bibbers, and garment bags. -The jackets must be air-dried and can take up to 2 days to dry. -People typically use drying racks or hang them up around their house. -The bibbers and garment bags can be dried on low heat. -Laundry detergent is provided. Please do not use any other products due to allergies. -Students' names are written on the jackets' labels, and the bibbers have numbers on their tags. You will have a list with the number and which student they are checked out to. -Please DO NOT write a student's name on the bibber tags. These are school property and get checked out to different students throughout the years. -You may have to spot-iron as needed. Do not use high heat, and DO NOT iron directly on the bibbers. Ironing directly on the bibbers can damage them. ALWAYS use a press cloth (we have some you can borrow). Thank you to all who are willing to help out!
